Why Did I Choose To Be A Dental Health Volunteer Intern At HEEALS

I choose my Dental Internship at HEEALS because It Gives me an opportunity to work at Grassroot level with Children and Communities. To Do Research and Sensitize about Oral Hygiene among school children from rural urban slum areas and from marginalized communities .I encourage others to choose HEEALS or anyother NGO for Dental Health Program In India. –Nissy Sagar Dentist (Canada) 

In India, about 85% to 90% of adults have dental cavities, along with about 60 to 80% of children. Also, around 30% of children have misaligned jaws and teeth. Together we can make our children Teeth more healthy .

Similarly, bodies like grassroots non-governmental  organisations (NGOs), local civil society organisations and other non-profit institutions that do  not yield profits and revenues require funding to finance their day-to-day expenses and also to  sustain their zeal and commitment to bring a social transformation.
