  First, we visited a school only for boys, in Bhatipura village, Meerut district, Uttar Pradesh Aim of our questionnaires is to gain an in-depth  understanding of the underlying problems of our society , regarding Menstrual Hygiene, Mental Health and Gender Equality related topics This allows us to have a broader picture of the situation and to better identify children who have the most relevant difficulties, psychologically speaking And to unearth psychological problems and menstrual related diseases which should no longer be considered a taboo. Due to the large number of students, in these schools, we felt the need to add several open-ended questions to our questionnaires.  In the workshop we talked directly to the young boys, discussing big issues in a simple language and making our lesson stimulating with group games and motivational phrases. HEEALS organizes workshops on Menstrual Hygiene , Mental Health And Gender Equality For Boys and Girls in Gurgaon and NCR schools. In our Menstrual Hygiene and Adolescence lessons we included Boys and Girls . It is important for both to know about adolescence and physical changings that happen in their body during the period of puberty but also for the boys to be aware of changing that happens in the girls body, during adolescence, in particular about menstrual flow. It is part of the personal culture, to be conscious and not to tease. In the end of the workshop we distributed sanitary pads , menstrual hygiene and wash booklets and stationary items to children. With your constant supply of sanitary pads, soap bars and stationary items many children will access to basic hygiene and education materials. This time I left early in the morning. Greeting me was a very nice driver, who drove me to the city of Jaipur. Once I arrived at my destination, I was immediately struck by the colors of the city, as well as that of the buildings, which are built entirely of pinks and stone.
