HEEALS organizes workshops on Menstrual Hygiene , Mental Health And Gender Equality For Boys and Girls in Gurgaon and NCR schools. In our Menstrual Hygiene and Adolescence lessons we included Boys and Girls . It is important for both to know about adolescence and physical changings that happen in their body during the period of puberty but also for the boys to be aware of changing that happens in the girls body, during adolescence, in particular about menstrual flow. It is part of the personal culture, to be conscious and not to tease. In the end of the workshop we distributed sanitary pads , menstrual hygiene and wash booklets and stationary items to children. With your constant supply of sanitary pads, soap bars and stationary items many children will access to basic hygiene and education materials.
