India celebrates Makar Sankranti, a Hindu festival marked by longer days and warmer nights, signifying a shift in astrological and agricultural cycles and is observed to worship Lord Surya. According to Hindu mythology, Sankranti was a divinity who killed the demon Sankarasur, also known as Karidin or Kinkrant.The festival is celebrated in many regions with kite flying, bonfires, and regional delicacies.Spiritual practices like bathing in holy rivers and giving to the less fortunate are ways to purify the soul and accumulate good karma.

You will not find fear, if you love deeply . Fear is darkness, it is absence of love.
