Organization Profile :

HEEALS (Health Education Environment and Livelihood Society ) is a India based non profit organization (NGO/Charity)  with operational office in Gurgaon,India. Since 2010, we are working in water sanitation hygiene ,menstrual hygiene,health,education,environment and livelihood projects . In Corona Pandemic ,we are running COVID Relief Aid Program . Volunteer /Internship/Student Study Tour Travel Program Is Open All Round The Year . HEEALS is registered under the Indian Government Section 21 of 1860 Society Act .Heeals is an acronym denoting our commitment to committing human and technical resource to achieve Health Education Environment and Livelihood Society for all. We are working with Unicef in their WaSH in School Project .We participated in WASH Conference in New Delhi . We are also member of WSSCC and WASH United in Menstrual Hygiene Advocacy Campaign, WSSCC, SuSAN and recently became a member of GWA In South Asia.

 

Volunteer Project are as follows .

1.Water Sanitation Menstrual Hygiene And Girl Education. 2. Gender Equality Project

3. Children Education Program

4.Green Earth Promote and Protect Environment

Project Areas : Following project are running in schools , villages ,rural & urban slums and in marginalized and vulnerable communities .

Requirement profile :Any Students ,Under graduate or Graduate or Post Graduate can apply.

Entry Date

10th January Till 30th May , 1st July Till 25th December .

Location Of Internship/Volunteering : New Delhi ,Gurgaon ,Uttar Pradesh

Minimum Internship Duration Is One Month and Maximum Is Four Months

Minimum Volunteer Duration Is One Week and Maximum Is Four Month

Working days are from Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday Is Off) and on Government Holidays

Timing is 10:00 Am To 4:00 PM (One including one lunch break)

Funding forms a crucial component in not only financing any institution’s operating expenses but  also in fulfilling its desired goals. Similarly, bodies like grassroots non-governmental  organisations (NGOs), local civil society organisations and other non-profit institutions that do  not yield profits and revenues require funding to finance their day-to-day expenses and also to  sustain their zeal and commitment to bring a social transformation.
